CALIFORNIA CALLIN... CALIFORNIA DREAMIN ... CALIFORNIA ROCKIN ... CALIFORNIA LOVIN...

Barnabas Calliiing !!

So, here is the thing

Everything started (again) with Dark Shadows, this fabulous movie by Tim Burton, where Johnny Depp plays a vampire , named Barnabas Collins, the casting is crazy good as usual , but with a litlle "something" more ...: Mr Nice Guy himself !! Alice Cooper playing his own role , playing the gothic rockstar he is for real. That's the very moment i really connected with this mythical artist, his music and his vibes that thrilled me right away.  I don't know why neither how, but i knew this day ,i knew Johnny Depp was back to rock'n'roll , and that the Hollywood Vampires concept was born from this collaboration on Tim Burton movie.

Johnny telling me when we meet few days ago "i wanted Alice on Dark Shadows, just to be able to say : it's the ugliest woman i've ever seen !" loool !!! one of my favorite line : D

this movie is so funny, it is precious!

That's why, first thanks to Tim Burton, but also thanks to my dear friend Marie Deblocq who proposed me the concert, that i decided to see Alice Coopers' show at Pleyel in Paris. That day, destiny decides to put Jean Michel on my way. He is the designer of jewels under the name Marylin of Mars, making jewels for the rock band, especially Tommy Henriksen, Ryan Roxie, and Johnny Depp. As he really loves my work, he decided , lucky me, to introduce me to them.

So, Tommy accepted to wear my Thriller jacket on stage 3 days after ( we share the same size : D )

After this second amazing concert of Alice Cooper and his band at l'Olympia last december, the moment Alice became one of my customers thanks to Tommy Henriksen , the sweetest vampire ever , i heard L.A calling me ...

So i Lord SM-ized few stuffs for them, transformed several clothes that Tommy gave me the day of Johnny Hallydays' death ...Rock'n'roll...  jeans and jackets i'm looking forward to see on him on stage.

Alice ordered me a jacket i will show you and talk to you about in an other story .

And i also made two pieces for Johnny Depp. He has many faces and an infinit knowledge about art and life , that it is impossible to expres all i had to say to him in two pieces . So i choose the navajo kid from hollywood, see his navajo tattoo in leather on his sleeve...The Navajo jacket is a sister of the Peruvian Dream Jacket , by Lord SM paris, and this one looks more navajo than peruvian in some details and was bound to be re-named "Navajo Jacket" for Johnny.

The second creation is the tattooed shirt "i tatt you tatt me" a new idea i am going to decline for any private customers who desire to get their clothes tattooed like their own body . Something i will also talk more about in an other article. But this one is called "BRIAN IS THE NEW JIM" , #poetry lovers only , i made 3 of them , one for JD, one for Brian and one for me. I realized they had few tattoos in common, and one huge in the back, mines are my brand, my cross and some Jim Morrison words ... it could fit

Here i am today in California , writing to you, my dear SM addicts, hope you enjoy the news from L.A, as much as me.

It's only rock'n'roll, but i like it ! we love it , we love you guies , Tommy Johnny you are the ones, i am your biggest fan <3. See you on tour !
